How to start
WhatsApp us on +880 1894 971699 within 7 days of delivery. That is the fastest way, and the way we prefer. Send your order number, and a photo if the item arrived damaged. You can also email elyscentsbd@gmail.com.
Refund or exchange, your choice
We do both. Tell us which one you want and that is what you will get.
The 7-day window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to raise a return or an exchange.
Condition of the product
The product should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the contents remaining.
Sale items
Sale and discounted items are fully covered. They can be returned, exchanged or refunded on exactly the same terms as anything else.
How long it takes
We process return and exchange requests within 7 to 14 working days from the day the product reaches us back.
Delivery charges
- The delivery charge on your original order is not refundable.
- You cover the delivery charge for sending an exchange out to you.
- If the product arrived damaged, leaking or wrong, we cover every delivery charge, both ways.
