Delivery Process

We deliver your fragrances quickly and carefully, anywhere in Bangladesh. Here is exactly what happens after you order.

Processing

Your order is confirmed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery time

Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 working days

Times can stretch a little during holidays or if the courier is running behind.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No advance payment needed.

Tracking

You get a confirmation as soon as you order, and tracking details once the parcel is on its way.

Packaging

Every perfume is packed to arrive sealed and intact. If anything reaches you damaged or leaking, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the delivery charge both ways.

Returns and exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange. Refund or exchange is your choice, and sale items are covered on the same terms. Full detail is on our Return & Exchange Policy.
